The Searching Period About Thanh Nien Guard’s Quality
Through many meeting with Thanh nien Security Services J.S. Company with many questions from Prime Glorious’s BOD Vietnam about security, and experience as well; including to research Thanh nien’s current clients about a satification level of security services. Finally, Thanh nien Security Services Company is chosen a partner to provide security services for Prime Glorious in Long An province.
Prime Glorious Company is established from 2020, the first factory is located in Pou Sung Company ltd, Bao Xeo ID, 61 Doi Ward, Trang Bom Dist, Dong nai Province. After 2 operating years, Company have determined their position in market, and expanding more production. Company have chosen the suitable location to expand a new factory in Long An.
After building and preperating months for a new factory, on dated Sep 6, 2022 the new factory is located in Long An, and the day to provide Thanh nien guards on duties here.
The new factory located at P lot-2A Center Rd, Long Hau ID expanding, Long Hau Ward, Can Giuoc Dist, Long An. It is included 3 blocks of main house: Office, production area, store, and apartment for experts. To ensure the security environment there, it were provided 3 guard positions 24/24 hrs. they implement seriously and concentratively the secure procedure written from security department. Moreover, for producing goods being tiny comumer products, it is easily occurred lost by employees.
Therefore with the rolling fabric products, the best security plan will be: guards shall count roll and sealing outside; with product of shoe, slipper…guard shall….
1/ To propose workers’s private bags and properties leaving a separated place.
2/ Need to have a femail guard for checking femail workder when out-going of factory
3/ Do not allow for bringing foods, bags when in-coming the producing area.
4/ Do not allow to drive directly in the producing area.
5/ Place in store orderly all products in relaxing time, or out of working time; note clearly in shift-dialog the unfinished-products on chain
