Recently on Sep 10, The Youth Security Services Company joyful to sign the security contract with a special client: Tran Han one-member Company ltd. It is included 2 locations: 1 in office in HCMC, and another in Cai lay- Tien giang with 1000 hec area raising and close-production.
HOW DOES TRAN HAN FACTORY SCALE?
Being a child of aquaculture developing family, Mr. Tran Van Han who brings an idea into reality: aquaculture developing on 1000 hectares area stretching along the Mekong river, to ensure catfish material source quality and adequate supply for their close production factory. And to control tidily the white catfish - the material source as well as a safe commodity, priority for export. In addition, Tran Han Company still develop transportation service to enhance the competition and supporting to exportation.
It is established in 2010, to 2013 the factory has been expanded area and scale for developing catfish raising, and having the close-production so far. Located in MK delta river developing center, Tran Han company has a strategy vission: it will be developed and combinated with seafood export, and transportation service in order to create a sake compentition for company.
How will The Youth security services Company do to accompany with Tran Han Company?
With the mission to ensure the security and safety to our clients, we are proud of being a partner, and always reminding together to do the needed duties in security and safe maintenance in Tran Han factory, specifically:
1/ Researching the whole factory to master operatiing procedure as well as the important positions of factory, we are searching and planing the specific plan in safe and security maintainance for client.
2/ Then, each position in factory is described in job description for every guard there, to help guard deeply understanding his clear job before being on his duty. In security providing period, each guard will be supported and retrained by site-leader, patrolling team if guards have not been undertook clearly the security situation.
3/ We are always listening to client’s idea, the reasonable requests in security working from client, to adjust the security plan how it becomes a effective and safe procedure and ensuring the client’s business developing, and culture as well.
4/ Client may have the conversation directly with our site leader, manager or director if any in order to improve the service quality stable and developing. In all cases, we apply our motto “always listening, always satisfying” to be accompanied constantly with clients.
