Amidst in all difficulties during the epidemic: infected cases increasing, distance everywhere, HCMC locked down tightly….All social and economic activities of Saigon people in general and businesses in particular were almost suffocated. The Youth security service company have not overcome that difficutty yet. But we- the youth security company has companioned with our guards to help and supporting them in epidemic.
THE YOUTH SECURITY COMPANY BRINGING LOVE AND SHARING WITH GUARDS
From the middle of May to now, Covid epidemic has ravaged HCMC paralysed; Government’s information given continously in order to limit the spreading of Covid, but useless: infected cases higher, death cases increasing steadily until dizziness, So, distance, and isolation have became strickly day by day….
BOD of the youth security company have also been messed in these difficulties, because: the notice of clients were ended contracts more often for unsurviving in seperation, or offering payment late for lack of turnover, then adding expenses such as Covid test, mask for guards daily, weekly..….Furthermore, the other complicated in human resource: series of employee to quit or resigning their job back to their family for fearing.
Bad news also came to us,the youth security company: it has been 2 guards died: one for stroke, one for covid infected, and lot of guards got F0, F1, or being distance at house for infected area by Covid.
After sleepless nights due to the crisis for worries about employees and Company operations, The youth security Company's BOD tries to endure and gradually solve the difficulties of the Company and the security guards who are affected by the epidemic:
1/ Free Union charge for all staffs and guards from May, June, July, August, and September/2021
2/ Free distribution of mask for guards from May/2021 based on pax: 1 boxes of mask/month/guard.
3/ Listing of guards F0 treated in hospital, and employee got F1, or employees blockade at home to support them in cash, highest 3 millions VND, and 760,000 VND lowest.
4/ BOD of The youth security guard Company supported families of 2 guards guards who passed away in cash
5/ Understand the pain of losing a loved one, being infected with an epidemic, or having to stay home without a job…for blockage, Thanh Nien Company’s BOD, with its love and efforts, has accompanied and shared difficulties with security guards, to ease everyone's difficulties.
6/ "One piece when hungry, equal to one package when hungry" I hope that the above support contributions from the BOD of Thanh Nien Security Company will be the motivation for the security guards to overcome this challenging period.
